1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glitch World LLC ("Glitch World"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the platform.

3. Description of Service and Wallet Handoff

Glitch World is a market intelligence terminal that monitors public blockchain data, market conditions, and other available information. We do not provide brokerage services or custody of customer funds. In the customer Guided Algo experience, Glitch World may show customer-scoped guidance and open a market or wallet destination selected by the customer.

Glitch World does not sign or broadcast customer transactions, place customer orders, or verify that a transaction completed. The customer must independently review and sign any transaction in their own wallet or chosen platform. Opening a wallet or market page is not proof that a trade occurred.

4. Market, Network, and Third-Party Risks

Information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Prices, liquidity, slippage, fees, token contracts, wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, market-data providers, and other third-party services can change or fail without notice. You are responsible for reviewing those conditions before acting.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitch World LLC and its officers, managers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses resulting from your use of the platform, reliance on its information, wallet activity, network conditions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Accounts, Eligibility, and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful and permitted by the rules that apply to you. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce protected data at scale, or use the service for unlawful activity.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If paid access is offered, the applicable price, currency, billing interval, taxes, and access terms are shown at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically for the same interval unless cancelled before the next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; Glitch World does not store full payment-card numbers.

The ELITE trial is seven days when that offer is shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to the paid subscription and price displayed at checkout. A trial or subscription is not complete until Stripe confirms it, and an abandoned checkout does not create a paid subscription.

Customers may request cancellation by emailing info@glitchworld.ai before the renewal date. The account page does not currently provide a customer self-serve cancellation control. Cancellation requests may take time to process, so request them before the renewal window. Unless applicable law or a written offer requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for a partially used billing period. Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly processed charges so we can investigate with Stripe.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, signal detection algorithms, and branding are the exclusive property of Glitch World LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or API scraping is strictly prohibited.

9. Consumer Notices, Availability, and Termination

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, including any applicable notice, cancellation, refund, privacy, or chargeback right. We may modify, suspend, or revoke platform access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, safety, legal compliance, payment failure, or misuse. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued access to any signal, feature, provider, or historical page.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are intended to be governed by the law of Glitch World LLC’s confirmed jurisdiction of organization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are intended to be heard in the confirmed venue for that jurisdiction. The exact jurisdiction and venue are intentionally not stated until verified by the company and counsel. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer forum or other right that applies to you.
