Governance Statement

1. Purpose and Structure
Glitch World LLC is a technology infrastructure company. This public Governance Statement describes operating principles for the Signal Intelligence Terminal; it is not the company’s complete Operating Agreement or a substitute for the company’s internal legal records.
2. Signal Integrity and Neutrality
The platform uses automated analysis of available on-chain, market, and related data. We do not sell paid alerts or promoted rankings. Provider fallbacks, data-quality checks, safety reviews, and observation-only research processes may affect whether information is shown or withheld.
3. Separation of Observation and Authorization
Rejection rechecks, historical analysis, and other research workflows are observation-only. They do not authorize customer access, capital use, wallet signing, order placement, or trade execution. Customer Guided Algo actions require the customer to review and sign in their own wallet or chosen platform; Glitch World does not custody customer funds or verify external completion.
4. Safety and Operational Controls
We maintain controls intended to protect data quality, wallet and capital boundaries, and service availability. When required evidence is unavailable or a safety condition is not satisfied, affected information or actions may be withheld, delayed, or paused. Operator controls may suspend a route or feature for safety, maintenance, or review.
5. Use of Subscription Revenue
Subscription revenue supports infrastructure, security, data services, maintenance, and product development. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
6. Records and Transparency
We maintain operational, audit, and research records to evaluate system behavior and improve reliability. Public history and research records are not guaranteed to be permanent, complete, or continuously available.
