Privacy Policy

Overview
Glitch World LLC ("Glitch World", "we", "us", or "our") operates a software platform providing market intelligence, signal detection, and data infrastructure. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you access our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. Depending on how you use the service, this may include:
- Account and access information, such as your email address, passwordless authentication records, invite or waitlist information, subscription status, and feature-access records.
- Service activity and preferences, such as saved guidance preferences, wallet-destination preferences, customer decisions, and support communications.
- Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, request identifiers, session information, and security or rate-limiting events.
- Usage information, such as pages viewed, navigation patterns, and interactions with the platform.
- Payment and subscription information. Stripe processes payment-card details; Glitch World receives the billing identifiers and subscription status needed to provide paid access and support.
- Email-delivery information, such as delivery status and alert preferences. Transactional and token-alert messages are sent through Resend when enabled.
Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, support secure passwordless authentication, remember account sessions where enabled, and protect the platform. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the site preference notice. Custom interaction events are sent to Google Analytics and Replit project analytics only after that choice; Replit project analytics must also be enabled by the site owner in Publishing settings. When enabled, Replit’s injected tracker automatically handles aggregate pageviews on the published app. Your choice is stored for one year in an essential preference cookie. You can block optional analytics with browser privacy controls or content blockers, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking essential cookies may affect core functionality.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide accounts, gated features, signals, customer guidance, and support.
- Process subscriptions, send transactional messages, and respond to requests.
- Maintain reliability, investigate errors, enforce access controls, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Measure aggregate usage and improve platform performance and signal intelligence.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use hosting and database infrastructure providers to run the service, Google Analytics and Replit project analytics (when enabled) for aggregate analytics, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional and token-alert email. Stripe receives payment and billing details needed to process subscriptions; Resend receives recipient addresses and message-delivery information needed to send email. We share information with these providers only as reasonably necessary for the services they provide, and they may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a business transfer. Blockchain, RPC, and market-data providers may receive public token or network queries, but Glitch World does not send your private keys to them.
Retention and Security
Retention depends on the record and purpose. High-volume operational logs are generally pruned after about 7–30 days; some market, rejection, and research follow-up records are retained for approximately 14–190 days; archived signal records are separately bounded, while selected calibration and outcome records may be preserved for longer-term accuracy review. Account, authentication, subscription, payment, support, security, and legal records are retained as reasonably needed for the relationship, fraud prevention, disputes, tax/accounting, and legal obligations. We delete or anonymize records when they are no longer needed, subject to those exceptions. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. These rights are subject to legal and operational limits: for example, we may retain billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legally required records, and we cannot delete public blockchain data. We may request information needed to verify your identity before completing a request. Contact us at info@glitchworld.ai.
